Since ALJExtDev.com is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods, refunds are not issued once the order is completed and you receive the download link on your online receipt and order confirmation email. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site. All license fees and payments are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please make sure that you've carefully read all relevant documentation and tried out the product demo.
If you find a bug in our products, you can report it in the Ticket System and we will fix it in the next version. Finding a bug is not a reason to request a refund.

However, we realize that exceptional circumstances can take place with regard to the character of the product. Therefore, requests for refund will be only accepted if you do not receive the download link on your email due to some mailing issues, if you can not download the product because your are having problems while downloading or if the product (file) is received defective or corrupted. The deadline for any refund claim is 5 days after the purchase date. In order to process a refund for downloaded goods, a Letter of Destruction must be filled out completely and sent to ALJExtDev. Please contact us to obtain a copy of the Letter of Destruction.
